TIKITAPU CUP
TROUT FISHING COMPETITION
After a very successful Competition last year and by popular demand we are proud to announce the dates for this years Trout Fishing Competition. 
We can announce The Tikitapu Cup Trout Fishing Competition this year are the (second weekend in November) starting at 6pm Friday 8th November 2013 and finishing at 10am on Sunday 10th November 2013 for this years competition.
This will be a not for profit event, all entry monies will go towards prizes and prize giving BBQ and refreshments.
The competition will run following all existing rules from Fish & Game
           
We have elected to judge winners as follows:
  • Mystery weights will be sealed in the competition envelope prior to competition starting.
  • Prizes will be listed on the prize board with the prize number clearly displayed alongside.
  • Blank envelopes with numbers will be placed on the prize giving table.
  • Entrants with the fish closest to the mystery weight will be asked to come forward and choose a random envelope, whatever number they draw will be the prize they win from the prize board, trying to avoid the booby prize.
  • Juniors under 16 who have entered are also automatically entered for the TIKITAPU CUP, the junior with the biggest trout will win a small cup and their name will be engraved on the TIKITAPU CUP, the cup will remain on display in the Reception area here at Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park.

Only guests staying at Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park may enter.
All entrants must hold a valid fishing licence, (if required these can be purchased here at Blue Lake TOP 10)
